Please read our payment and cancellation policies below and fill out the form to confirm and complete your registration. Thank you!

Deposits/Payments

For your reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of half of the total balance must be received with your registration. The final payment must be received by June 1 in order to retain your reservation.

Cancellations:

If for some reason you cannot honor your obligation to occupy the property you must immediately notify TLC in writing.

TLC will make every possible effort to re-rent the property at the full seasonal rate; however, if we cannot do this, there will be no refund issued. If TLC is able to re-rent the property at the full rate, you will receive a refund on your deposit minus $125 cancellation fee.

Cabins and Rates:

Loon Cabin: $1200 weekly rental/$600 deposit 

Splake Cabin: $1100 weekly rental/$550 deposit 

Frog Cabin: $800 weekly rental/$400 deposit 

Rainbow Cabin: $400 weekly rental/$400 deposit
