Day at the Lake is back!! Join us for our second annual afternoon of art, food, and fun at TLC!
This year's offerings once again feature workshops by local Ely artists, on demand poetry from Tim Stouffer, and a concert by Courtney Yasmineh! Check out the schedule below:

Searching for Giants

Amanda Sachs and Elena Hollenhorst present, Searching for Giants, a contemporary dance duet. They premiered this work at MN Orchestra’s International Day of Music and have since performed it at Dances at the Lake Festival and the Tek Box in Minneapolis. Amanda Sachs and Elena Hollenhorst are fiscal year 2024 recipients of a Creative Individuals grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board.

Choreographer April Sellers is back at the lake! This time, with a new dance inspired by Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s history of dissenting opinions and the street performance movement, Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
In addition to the live performance, April Sellers Dance Collective will post video blogs of the company's daily explorations, and you are invited to post feedback and suggestions. The video blog is available at www.aprilsellers.com
